2. Membership and Fees
Annual membership is £10, with weekly fees of £30 for adults, £20 for youths under 18, and £15 for children. Free membership is available for individuals in financial hardship, subject to approval. Membership fees are non-refundable and are used for park maintenance and club promotion.
3. Use of Facilities
Riders must wear appropriate safety gear at all times. All riders must follow the track rules and safety guidelines as outlined during the induction process. Uncle Eddie’s Enduro Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to individuals who fail to comply with these guidelines. The park and equipment are used at your own risk. Uncle Eddie’s Enduro Ltd accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while using the facilities.
4. Changes to the Track
The track layout is subject to regular changes and improvements. We aim to keep the experience fresh, meaning the track may be different every time you visit.
5. Volunteer Assistance
All assistance provided on-site is by volunteers. While they work to maintain safety and provide guidance, they are not liable for any incidents that occur while using the track or equipment.
6. Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, and other riders. Reckless riding, causing harm to others, or damage to the track and equipment will result in immediate suspension or revocation of membership without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Uncle Eddie’s Enduro Ltd and its volunteers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the use of our facilities. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and the associated risks.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the park will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
